JEE Joint Entrance Exam, a national-level common entrance exam, opens the door to pursue graduation from top-engineering colleges. The exam is conducted in 2 sessions: the first season will be conducted in January 2024, and the second season will be conducted in April. Registration for JEE Advanced will start on April 21, 2024, and the registration ends 30th April, 2024. The JEE Advanced exam will be conducted on May 26, 2024. JEE Advanced 2024 registration and admission process- 

Candidates who want to appear in JEE Advanced exam must note the registration dates. The registration starts on 21st April, and it will last up to 30th April 2024. Complete your registration before the last date. There will be 2 papers in the JEE Advanced exam, and the syllabus is completely based on the 11th & 12th. The JEE Advanced exam contains the following steps-

  • Step 1- Registration- Candidates must register themselves on the official website before 30th April 2024.
  • Step 2- Application process- Candidates must fill out their application form carefully. Any mistakes can lead to rejection.
  • Step 3- Application fee payment- Candidates should pay the application fee after submission. Fees can be paid online through net banking, credit cards, and Debit cards.
  • Step 4- Document upload- Candidates should upload their documents (asked on the screen) in the given format. Documents that need to be uploaded are- The class      10th &12th mark sheet, JEE Main Rank Card, Category certificate (If Applicable), PwD certificate (If Applicable), Passport size photograph, and signature.
  • Step 5- downloading admit card- Candidates should download their admit card from the official website. The admit card will be available for JEE Advanced is 17th May 2024.
  • Step 6- JEE Advance exam- The exam for JEE Advanced will be conducted on 26th May 2024. You have to appear in 2 papers, and each paper takes 3 hours to complete.
  • Step 7- Result declaration- JEE Advanced result will be declared on the 9th of June 2024. Candidates must check their results on their official website.
  • Step 8- Counselling- Once the result is declared, you must sit in a counseling round. Share your preference during the counseling.
  • Step 9- Seat allocation- If the seat is allotted to you, you must verify the document in the respective college.
Eligibility criteria to appear in the JEE Advance exam- 

 To appear in the JEE Advanced exam, candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria. So, you should be among the top 2,50,000 candidates who cleared the JEE Main.

 Academic Qualification Passed Class 12 examination or its equivalent with at least 75% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics

Number of Attempts Maximum of two attempts in two consecutive years
