JEE Advanced 2024 registration date is Out- Apply before the last date

The application for JEE Advanced 2024 has opened for candidates, after the announcement of the JEE Mains results a few days ago. The JEE Advanced 2024 application process has opened at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) website, jeeadv.ac.in. According to the published brochure, in order to register for the IIT JEE test, candidates must rank among the top 2,50,000 successful applicants (across all categories) in the B.E./B.Tech. JEE paper (Main) 2024. 

Applicants must have been born on October 1, 1999, or later are allowed for regestration. Candidates who are SC, ST, or PwD are eligible for a 5-year age relaxation; that is, they must have been born on or after October 1, 1994. May 7, 2024, is the deadline for applications to enroll. Candidates who have enrolled have until May 10, 2024, to pay their fees. All qualified applicants may submit an online application by following the instructions outlined in this post's section below. 

How can I enroll up for the 2024 JEE Advanced?

• Step 1 Go to https://jeeadv.ac.in/, the official website.
• Step 2: Select the JEE Advanced 2024 Online Registration link from the webpage.
• Step 3: A new window will open. Fill it up with your personal information to establish a login.
• Step 4: Enter your login information in the login box and click "Submit."
• Step 5: Fill out the online application and upload the required files as requested.
• Step 6: Complete the online application payment.
• Step 7: Print the confirmation paper for future reference after downloading it. 

Charges applied for Registration

The fee of the IIT JEE 2024 test varies according to the candidate category. All women, must pay an application fee of Rs 1600. Likewise, applicants who belong to the SC, ST, or PwD categories also pay the Rs 1600 fee. The cost is Rs 3200 for all other candidates, irrespective of their gender or country.

• Certificate of 12th class. 
•  Certificate of category, if relevant 
•  Certificate of POI or OCI (if any) Candidates must pay the registration cost using net banking, credit/debit card, or offline method (cash utilizing the SBI option) after submitting their scanned papers.

Qualification for 2024 JEE Advanced 

•  Applicants must have completed the Class 12 board exam in 2023 or 2024, with maths, physics, and chemistry required. 
• Applicants must rank in among the top 2,50,000 in order of merit and have passed the JEE Main test. 
•  The maximum number of times a student may attempt JEE (Advanced) in two consecutive years is two.

• JEE (Advanced) 2024 Online Registration is open from April 27, 2024 (17:00 IST) to May 07, 2024 (17:00 IST).
• May 10, 2024 (17:00 IST) is the deadline for enrolled applicants to pay their fees.
• Admit card download- May 17, 2024 at 10:00 IST to 2024 May 26 at 14:30 IST
• Exam date for JEE (Advanced) in 2024: Sunday, May 26, 2024
• Online release of the JEE (Advanced) 2024 final solution key and results: Sunday, June 9, 2024 (10:00 IST) 

JEE Advanced Schedule for 2024 

On May 26, 2024, there will be two papers for the test. The first paper will begin at 9 a.m. and run until 12 p.m., while the second paper will start at 2.30 p.m. and run until 5.30 p.m. 

Points to remind when filling registration form 

Issues with scanned copies of photos and signatures and uploading documents, This frequently occurs when submitted photographs don't meet the requirements. Use online tools available to resize the photographs following the standards.
